Thank you so much. A few years ago my writing really stagnated, and I realized it was because I was too bogged down by the seemingly endless ways to express an idea in the English language. Haiku taught me to throw out the clutter. It quieted my mind, and got me back on track.

Yes, I agree. I love haiku because it is a welcomed challenge for me and I enjoy making a point in a very few words.
