Yesterday at work, the heat and humidity really started to bother me. I thought I’d post this picture to remind myself what Winter feels like in the Midwest.

I’m doing just the opposite. Looking at pics of sunny beaches during our South African winter! House swap?

A bit of snow would feel really good right now with this heat!

It looks like the snow isn’t stopping them from working. I delivered Coca Cola at 24 below. You had to really hurry with the diet drinks because they froze fast.

I’ll bet. They should have given you a bonus for your effort.

San Diego averages 75 Fahrenheit in the summer and 66 Fahrenheit in the winter. I’ve thought about moving there, but the real estate prices are sky high.

I would love to visit South Africa one day! I rarely think about how the seasons in the northern and southern hemispheres are not synchronized. It’s something I learned in middle school geography, but I’ve never actually experienced winter in June. There’s still so many places I want to see.

That sounds like the perfect temps, though. I couldn’t afford to live there, but I wouldn’t mind the temperature. 🙂

I think I’d miss autumn too much if I lived in San Diego.

There’s no snow in the forecast, so I settled for a glass of sweet tea. It was refreshing.
